Washington ARTCC Policies

Transfer Policy

Any controllers wishing to transfer to the Washington ARTCC must use the VATUSA ARTCC Transfer Form on the VATUSA website.  To help speed up the process, the controller should also send an email to the ATM with the following information:

1. Name
2. Preferred email address
3. Controller ID (CID)
4. Current ARTCC/FIR
5. Current VATSIM rating
6. Reason(s) for wanting to transfer

Once the transfer has been approved by the ZDC ATM, all transferring controllers shall be considered new ZDC members and must follow the policies set forth for new ZDC members.
